A fotografia tem sido minha aliada em um mergulho nas emoções. Vou criando representações imagéticas a partir das vivências como mulher e mãe. É na rotina doméstica que me percebo, observo os sentimentos e os questionamentos mais íntimos. Também é nela que a vida me convida a enxergar beleza e caminhos possíveis. O trabalho autoral começou há cerca de cinco anos, época em que estava grávida do meu filho caçula. Trabalhei como jornalista por 20 anos, como assessora de comunicação em organizações sem fins lucrativos. Minha produção fotográfica atual aborda temas como maternidade, memória, família, tempo e desejo. Vivo em Brasília, sou casada e tenho três filhos.

Photography has been my ally in diving into emotions. I create image representations based on my experiences as a woman and mother. It´s in the domestic routine that I understand myself, I observe the most intimate feelings and questions. It´s also where life invites me to see beauty and possible paths. The authorial work began about five years ago, when I was pregnant with my youngest son. I worked as a journalist for 20 years, as a communications advisor for non-profit organizations. My current photographic production addresses themes such as motherhood, memory, family, time and desire. I live in Brasília, I'm married and I have three children.
